Memorial Day Weekend is recognized by many as the beginning of summer, most Corvette Owners see it as the beginning of Car Show Season, caravanning with friends and enjoying the Open Road while waving to Corvette owners on the road.

 

Here comes more Corvettes on the Columbia Updates –

1.    It’s time to announce the Weekend Dinner Menu’s

Friday Night – BBQ Slow Roasted Beef Brisket / BBQ Chicken Breast, loaded Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Cornbread, Five Cheese Mac & Cheese and brown Sugar Baked Beans……includes Strawberry Shortcake Bar for Dessert

Saturday Night – Northwest Italian Buffet -Caesar Salad: Romaine, croutons, parmesan cheese and Italian dressings.  Vegetarian polenta pomodoro with fresh mozzarella, herb chicken, penne pasta, marinara and alfredo sauce, meatballs, parmesan cheese, garlic bread and crushed red pepper.

             

Water 2 Wine Lunch Cruise on the Columbia River –

There are only 18 seats for lunch remaining on the River Cruise.  Remember to contact Water2Wine directly for tickets to this Friday afternoon event.  You can reach Dana @ (509) 578-1717

Car Photography –

As in years past we will be having photos of all the Registered Corvettes taken for possible use in the Convention Center – as well as posting on the Club Website.

A new twist is being offered this year – if you and your co-pilot choose to be in the picture with your Corvette- they will take an additional picture for you – and make it available to you on Saturday night in the Convention Center Grand Hall.  This opportunity is being made possible thanks to –

Pink Concha Media & 3 Rivers Corvette Club

Please bring your Corvette Dash Card with you to the Saturday Dinner Program and present it to the Staff at the Photo Booth inside the Great Hall
